Nicole, a dynamic professional with a background in psychology and business, has forged a remarkable career journey. Working in construction and real estate, to contributing to a company's public debut and navigating the intricacies of a startup, Nicole brings a wealth of experience. Working on a variety of projects ranging from $300K to $30M, with a heavy focus on retail, restaurant and hospitality.
Her client-facing roles showcase not only her problem-solving prowess but also her warmth in every interaction. Nicole's ability to seamlessly transition between corporate and startup environments underscores her adaptability and resilience.

Meet Margaret
Margaret is a project manager with her Certified Associate of Project Management from the Sauder School of business. She has experience managing construction for international retailers and boutique construction firms. In less than 2 years she built 15 retail stores across Canada while managing store maintenance for Canadian and UK stores. With construction firms in Vancouver she focused on tenant improvements ranging from back to base build reno’s to $3million new office spaces. Throughout this time she found a need for a line of communication between the contractor and the client. Forming BILD is making her dream come to fruition.
Her style keeps projects on time and on budget while maintaining quality control. She achieves her goals through the application of a well defined, systematic, transparent and simple processes.
