Meet Our Founder
Nicole Patterson oversees the company and is responsible for business development. With an extensive background in construction and a passion for real estate, she was determined to redefine the industry by taking the brave plunge in entrepreneurship. Nicole has led projects ranging from $300K to $30M with a strong focus on servicing retail, restaurant, and hospitality businesses throughout Western Canada.

From a young age, I was always curious and loved to figure out what made things tick. Becoming an experienced professional in the construction industry, I was exposed to an array of restaurant and retail clients that were often perplexed on what to do and where to go to move their business vision forward. The ownness was often placed back on the owner to navigate a complex project and the other factors that play a crucial part. As a result, owners were met by issues, oversights, and setbacks that ultimately impacted the success of the project. I couldn’t help but question the ways the traditional frameworks of construction worked and why we were imploring owners to fail. It wasn’t before long that I founded BILD to solve for these gaps and provide a service that empowered the owner to succeed, instead.
